Our policy is simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we promise a refund, credit or exchange minus our actual freight and handling charges incurred on the original order. The product must be in a resalable condition If the product is defective, the restocking charge will be waived. If defective, you may choose between a refund, credit or exchange.
overnight or 2nd day shipments-Options such as overnight/2nd day air and orders outside the continental U.S. need to be handled by an account manager through our customer care dept. Please call 1-888-553-5655 to place an order. If the order was placed during standard business hours (8:00-5:00 EST Monday-Friday), the account manager must be contacted within one hour of placing the order or ballastkit.com will assume the method is accepted and proceed with delivery. If the order is placed outside of standard business hours, the account manager must be contacted before 10:00 am EST the next business day.
purchase returns and exchanges-
Important Return Policy News: Beginning March 2008, we initiated a change to our return policy. Ballastkit.com will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 30 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid packing slip.
We appreciate your understanding that Ballastkit.com merchandise may only be returned by mail or ground service (UPS or Fed Ex). Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Credits or refunds issued will be for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order, insure the package, and mail it to the Ballastkit.com address on your packing slip. If you do not have a packing slip, please call us at 888.553.5655 and we will gladly assist you.
