    An inefficient ballast(i.e. Mercury Vapor Ballast) that uses copper in a core and coil design assembly transformer that performs the minimum functions required to start and operate the light bulb.

    MOL Maximum Overall Length

    The MOL is the overall dimensions of single ended bulbs from top of the lamp to the bottom of the lamp. Double-Ended is measured end to end.
