    Cold Start Time of Bulbs

    Cold Start Time is the amount of time elapsed from the start of ballast (i.e. HPS Ballast) voltage to ignition of the arc discharge in the light bulb. (i.e. HPS Bulbs) An example of a Cold Weather Fluorescent Ballast is a Sign Ballast.
